How do we humans process and move through our emotions, our grief, our rage, our fear, our loneliness? How do we deal with the fear of the future, the ever-shifting unknown unknowns, the countless wars and atrocities, the very real existential threats to the people and the planet, the depths of despair, the raging fires inside, and the seemingly futile fight to save ourselves from ourselves? …
WE DANCE – We dance harder than our minds think our body is capable of. To dance is to pray, to fully surrender E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G through the holy water pouring from our pores onto the wooden floors. It’s the only way I know. And it’s an ancient technology that has been around for as long as humanity.
This dance wave is meant to be a container to allow the frequencies of the full-spectrum of emotions come through and be felt and embodied.
Look at it. Be with it. Feel it. Heal it.

As a dance doula, Osiah is here to help birth you through the portal of self-expression into a state of fully liberated ecstasy. His mixes are genre-bending, full spectrum experiences where no feeling is off limits, no music too taboo, where emotional archetypes are woven together to tell a story that the body understands. He guides you on a journey from stillness to chaos and then back home, keeping you in that place beyond thought, in that present moment primal feeling, redefining what is holy, wholesome and spiritual.
