Facilitator's Invitation
No matter what kind of dance we find ourselves in, we have the capacity to be completely free within it. The invitation is to be free from our own mental limitations, from the inner dialogue, from any idea that some people are “better dancers”. If we can be so present with each movement, our inner world will be one of calm and ease, regardless of the intensity or placidity of the dancing current. Without judging our dance as neither graceful nor awkward, we can simply notice the movement, and enjoy whatever sway feels natural.
Pre-registration is highly recommended. We have limited capacity.
