This is the time of year to delight in the brilliance of being human and indulge in the beauty of moving freely on this beautiful planet of ours.  It is the time to engage in a dance with all our 6 senses without judgement. Let’s notice how easy or difficult it is to drop everything and connect with our joy. Let’s celebrate being elated even if it’s only for a few moments.

AMC Notes

1st WAVE, 8:30 am warm-up & 9:00 am dance
2nd WAVE,10:30 am warm-up & 11:00 am dance

Door will close at the beginning of opening circle.
NO ENTRY AFTER OPENING CIRCLE BOTH WAVES
