Join AMC and special guest Narayan Sijan of Karavan Sarai for a special Saturday event! Let’s connect in music and movement to the mystical traditions of the Middle East. Karavan Sarai will be playing for the first time for AMC, bringing both a workshop and dance wave. With music celebrated as “Middle Eastern to Indian Music meets lush electronics”, this event will bring a unique offering to AMC that is meant to inspire flow and transcendence. The workshop will be assisted by Cat Hay and will include contextual and spiritual teachings from the mystic path and how this lives through sound and body as we practice embodiment exercises for whirling and flow. Following the workshop, we will have an extended dance wave of live music with electronics and towards the end will move into acoustic, all together creating an evening of eclectic fusion music.

Please arrive promptly at 4 to attend the workshop and by 5:15 for the opening circle.

No childcare is provided.  Children are welcome to attend. We ask parents to please take their child outside if they are needing to express themselves during quiet moments or are causing disruption to the container.
