This is your invitation to dance yourself wide open.
In Full Bloom is a movement journey into the heart of your becoming—an exploration of what it means to fully inhabit your body, express your truth, and rise into your fullest potential. Like wildflowers breaking through the soil, you are meant to grow in all directions.
Through breath, beat, and embodied presence, we’ll shed old skins, stir dormant energies, and root deeply into the ground of our being. From that rootedness, we rise—expanding into color, power, and full-bodied expression.
Come as you are. Sweat, shed, celebrate.
There is no choreography, no performance—only your dance, your truth, in its most alive form. Together, we’ll create a field of movement where every body is welcome, and every bloom belongs.

Facilitator Notes
Stacey Butcher has been dedicated to the healing arts for over 25 years and is committed to the path of awakening through awareness of the body. Stacey incorporates deep mindfulness, presence, authenticity, passion and humor into all of her offerings. She is an inspirational healer and facilitator and is skilled at holding space for transformation. She is an Open Floor Movement Teacher, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher and Certified 5Rhythms Teacher.
