Winter darkness is the time for the light of possibility to be born. This is the time to feel the energy within and weave the beauty and mystery of the world around us.
Can we be like the willows in the moonlight with feet rooted on the cold earth, moving to the breeze?
On the dance floor, let’s move in love and beauty, awaiting the irresistible lifeforce of spring to birth what is within us.

Facilitator Notes
Marta has been part of AMC since she moved to Asheville from Surfside, FL in 2008. She has been teaching movement for over 20 years, using music and movements from around the world.
She loves to motivate people to find freedom in their bodies so they can dance to the spirit of the music.
