Facilitator's Invitation
Outer and Inner Direction
Sunday, January 19th
Facilitator: Ted Riskin
To live in community, we must respond to the needs of others.
To live with fulfillment, we must respond to our inner needs.
How do we balance the two? Can dance help us do that?
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who come alive.
— Howard Thurman
Facilitator Notes
Ted is interested in anything that can get him out of his head, and music and movement do a pretty good job of that. He hopes to offer music that facilitates an inner journey and invitations that create a shift.
You can hear some of Ted’s mixes at https://www.mixcloud.com/
