In the dark of the pink new moon, we are invited to plant seeds in the fertile ground of spring renewal. All around us, nature is awakening from the winter slumber.
We are called to arise and bloom. Time to go within and find the beauty of who we are. Time to be the light that brightens the world even in the darkest times.

Facilitator Notes
Marta has been part of AMC since she moved to Asheville from Surfside, FL in 2008. She has been teaching movement for over 20 years, using music and movements from around the world.
She loves to motivate people to find freedom in their bodies so they can dance to the spirit of the music.
