Facilitator's Invitation
Waves of Energy
Friday, April 4th
Facilitator: Rory Jagdeo
Did you know each of us has at least 5 bodies to play with at dance? There’s more going on with us than meets the eye!
WAVES OF ENERGY is an invitation to explore our 5 bodies in motion individually and together: physical, mental, energetic, emotional, and spiritual. Energy exists in many fashions so let’s explore to our fullness with big and small movement as we discover healing for our wellbeing.
Facilitator Notes
Rory stepped into Ecstatic Dance in Houston, TX for the first time in 2014 and believes in the power of dance to transform and bring a healthier, happier, and connected lifestyle. Rory found a home with AMC in 2021 knowing it was a magical place where all these elements live and thrive. He is on a journey to continually provide a safe and energized space for all to experience the magic of music through the full expression of movement.
