The Navajo concept of walking in beauty encapsulates a philosophy of living in harmony, balance, and reverence for the natural order. It is a way of life that integrates spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being, emphasizing the interconnectedness of all things. This philosophy encourages individuals to strive for balance in their relationships with themselves, others, and the natural world, often through ceremonies and practices that restore harmony when it is lost. Walking in beauty is a continuous journey of aligning oneself with the rhythms of existence, fostering peace, and embodying the beauty of creation in every step.

Facilitator Notes
Ted is interested in anything that can get him out of his head, and music and movement do a pretty good job of that. He hopes to offer music that facilitates an inner journey and invitations that create a shift. You can hear some of his mixes on Mixcloud.
