A friend of mine told me he is taking a news fast. I replied that it was a tempting idea, but “I want to know what’s going on.”
Really?
While it might be important to stay informed, is the news really what’s going on?
Or is it:
The sun comes up every day.
Seasons change.
Plants are growing.
Our bodies are breathing in and out.
We are in relationship with each other.
People are serving each other – how many contributed to me having breakfast today?
And once again we are gathering in community to move our bodies in harmony and appreciate the gift of music.

Ted is interested in anything that can get him out of his head, and music and movement do a pretty good job of that. He hopes to offer music that facilitates an inner journey and invitations that create a shift. You can hear some of his mixes on Mixcloud.
