Facilitator's Invitation
Four Seasons in One Day
Friday, February 21st
Facilitator: Lanie McKeever
Drawing inspiration from one of my favorite Neil Finn / Crowded House songs, join me for an evening of movement to embrace our life’s ever-changing nature and impermanence. We will tend to the myriad of emotions that visit our bodies and experiences throughout just one day: from joy to sorrow, hope to despair. Maybe we will become curious about any shifts in our bodies, minds, and spirits as we attune to the changes in rhythm, within and without. Perhaps we are becoming the change we want to see in the world.

“Blessed we are to dance on this ground
With the rhythm of saints to carry the sound
We hold a prayer for all life
For the days yet to come
May you walk in beauty
And remember your song”
~ by Peia, “Blessed We Are”
